Obituary of Harriett Ann Guillot

I waited patiently for the Lord and He inclined into me and heard my cry. Psalm 40:1

 

Harriette Ann Alexander Guillot was born on January 8, 1935 in Marksville, LA.

“Nan” as she was affectionately known by many accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents the late George Alexander and Robertha Jacobs; late husband Paul E. Guillot II. Her companion the late Henry J. Barton of 45 years, four sisters, three brothers and four children: Lindan Johnson, Ron Guillot, Patrick Guillot and Paul Guillot. Five Grand Children and on Great Grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
 

Harriette leaves precious memories to be cherished by four sons, James Barbin (Beverly), Tyrone Alexander (Benita), David Guillot, Quentin Guillot, all of Marksville, LA.  Five daughters, Joann Francisco (Leonard) of Marksville, LA, Jennifer Guillot (Larry) of Alexandria, LA, Stephanie Guillot, Wanda Guillot (Wilfred), Brenda Jordan (Elliot) all Marksville, LA.  Fifty-two grandchildren, Ninety-one great grandchildren, three Godchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

God saw you getting tired, so He wrapped his arms around you and whispered, “Come to me” He gave you rest.
