Obituary of Taymarius D. Gibson, 33

Taymarius D. Gibson,33, of Alexandria, Louisiana died on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at Rapides Regional Medical Center. Taymarius Delialo Gibson was born in Pineville, La on October 14, 1986. He was the youngest sibling born to Clifton and Patsy Gibson. As a child growing up he loved to play football and spend time with his family. Taymarius graduated from Peabody high school in 2005. He was known by his family and friends as “Tay” and also a mama’s boy. Taymarius was former Chipper Operator at Roy O. Martin Plywood. He worked there for several years until his health started declining. He enjoying spending time with family, friends, and watching his favorite football team, The Green Bay Packers. He was a die-hard fan and resented his team every chance he got. He loved a home cooked meal and had no problem dictating to everyone on what to cook for him. Taymarius had a great sense of humor and always made you laugh. He was very playful and quite the jokester as well as being kind-hearted and an extremely giving person. He was the true definition of a friend to all that knew him. He was a generous person, always ready and willing to help at any given time. He had a nice personality as well as smile to go along with it. He was outgoing and considered a fun-loving person by all who loved and knew him. Those who knew Taymarius, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. He touched many people thought out the course of his life. His greatest joy was being introduced to a baby girl named Maddie, who stole his heart the moment he laid eyes on her and held a special place in his heart until his passing. He was very active in her life and shared their experience with everyone he meet. Taymarius was studying the Bible with Jehovah’s Witnesses. He’s preceded in death by his grandparents Sam Deal Sr., Viola B. Deal, Dorothy Mae Lee, and Leo Clayton; his brother Damon Taylor and her uncles and aunts. He leave to cherish his memory his mother, Patsy Deal Gibson; his father, Clifton Gibson Sr.(Nancy); brothers, Clifton Gibson Jr., Randy Gibson (Barbara), Darnell Beauregard (Alise), Barry Sadler and Michael Paul Deal; sister, Stephanie Gibson (Derrick), Jennifer Gibson (Brandon), Mersena Talyor-Lenyard (Alphonsa), Elizabeth Bradford, Briana Thomas; the one who has a special place in his heart, Madison Farrow; and host of family and friends. The Gibson family extends their heartfelt thanks to the health-care professionals at Rapides Regional Medical Center, ICU Medical Department and Fresenius Medical Center, Bolton Avenue, for their care and commitment for Taymarius over the past month/years.
