In Loving Memory of Kathryn Marie Dixon October 21, 1977 - May 8, 2020 Kathryn Marie Dixon, affectionately known as "Kathy" - daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 8, 2020 in Alexandria, Louisiana at the age of 42. Kathy was born on October 21, 1977 in Madrid, Spain to U. S. Air Force retirees, Henry and Mattie Sue Dixon. She was known for her outgoing personality, her extremely loyal heart, and her beautiful loving soul. Kathy was extremely creative, talented, and she lived a vibrant life. Her smile was infectious. Her passion for cooking was infamously one of the many ways she shared her love with others. She loved the Lord and she loved her family. Kathy's love for her children and grandson was fierce and overflowing. She never met a stranger and she continuously blessed us with her compassionate spirit. Kathy was preceded in death by her grandparents, several aunts and uncles, two cousins and two nephews. Kathy is survived by sons Toddarius Dixon, Kelvin Blade, Jr., and Jaheim Dixon, grandson Toddarius "TJ" Dixon, Jr., parents Henry and Mattie Sue Dixon, sister Andrea Dixon and a host of cousins, aunts and uncles. She will be tremendously missed by numerous loved ones and friends. The family offers heartfelt appreciation to all who have shown their love and support during this difficult time. Due to this unprecedented time of the Coronavirus pandemic, only a private, immediate family service was held.
