Obituary of Motrena Darlette Fisher
"I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith; Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day; and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
2 Timothy 4: 7-8

Trena was the baby of three children. SHe brought immediate joy, love, and laughter to the family. Trena accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and was baptized at Bright Morning Star Baptist Church in Pineville, Louisiana.
When she entered high school, Trena completed everything she set her mind to do. She was very energetic and would communicate with everybody; whether it was a relative friend or neighbor. As Trena grew older, her interests became more diverse. She loved children and always dreamed of havin g her own private in-home childcare business. Her dream became reality and "Bundles of Joy Childcare" was established in February 5, 2011. She provided a loving caring and teachable environment for every child that was entrusted into her care. SHe loved and cared for each child as if they were her own and they loved her just as much. After her mother became ill, Trena put aside her desires and became a caregiver for her mother while struggling with her own health.

She was a woman of strength, courage and determination. It was her faith in God that helped her get through the tough times. Trena's battle with this disease caused her to visit the hospital almost on a weekly basis at one point, but she was determined to stay as independent as she possibly could and she never complained.
