“ I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day:” II Timothy 4:7-8a Taurus Sendell Walker was born on July 30 , 1969 to the late Ozell Walker, Jr, and Doris McQuain Walker in Pineville LA. He departed this life on January 9, 2020 in Woodworth LA. He was reared in a Christian home. Taurus was baptized at an early age at Second Bethlehem Baptist Church by Rev. Tyson. He continued to serve faithfully under the leadership of Rev. S. Y. Brady and current pastor Rev. Rodney McNeal. Taurus was a 1988 graduate of Alexandria Senior High. He was a long time employee at Cypress Big Tex Trailers in Woodworth, LA. Taurus loved his family and never met a stranger. He loved music especially the Artist Prince. Taurus was truly a lover of people and he touched many lives with his genuine smile. He was always ready to give help whether he knew them or not. Taurus was preceded in death by his father, Ozell Walker, Jr, his paternal grandmother, Elbert Faye Jackson, maternal grandmother, Amelia Green McQuain, and paternal grandfather, Ozell Walker Sr. Taurus leaves to cherish his memories a loving mother, Doris McQuain Walker whom he ADORED, a loving partner, Diane Easter. He leaves 3 children, Keiania Duncan of Round Rock, Texas, Teianna Simon and Oliver Robinson both of Alexandria, La. His siblings are Rogdrick Walker, Amelia Franklin (Gerard) and Aletha Walker all of Alexandria, LA. Taurus also leave to mourn a special aunt and uncle Brian and Stephanie Jackson, Special friend Benjamin Curtis and a very special boss Brandon and Sarah Butler.
