Story of My Life
On June 17, 1962 there was a loving & cheerful baby boy born to Dan Miller, Mr. Samuel & Helen King Sanders who was named Reginald Tyrone King.
Reginald was baptized and accepted Christ at an early age under the leadership of the late Rev. Williams at Truvine Missionary Baptist Church; and completed his high school education in Alexandria, LA.
Reginald was full of life and never met a stranger! In addition to loving to attend church, he was all about love, helping any and every one he could.
Reginald had various jobs such as; construction, Julia’s Mexican Restaurant, and Progressive Waste Management.
Reginald is proceeded in death by his loving parents, Mr. Samuel and Helen King Sanders, Grandmother Mary McCall King, and Gilda King Balque. Two Uncles; Aaron “Jim” Robertson and Oliver King. Four aunts; Lubertha Washington, Mary King, Dora Player, and Gladys Robinson. One niece; Quintrella Turner. Four nephews; Burnell Battles Jr., William King, De’Amante Baylor, and Brenton Emmanuel.
Those who he leaves to cherish; LaShawnda Welch Hall and MeKeal White, one granddaughter, A’Aliyah Hall. Ten Siblings: Two brothers; Rev. Earl Conway Jr. (LaTrece), Karroman King (Angela). Eight sisters; Deannie Richard, Jessie Coleman, Trudy Conway, Donna Cleveland (Johnny), Irma King (Nelson), Rolanda King, Starlic Atkins (Johnny), and Monica Raymond. Twenty-Six nieces, twenty-nine nephews and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
