Obituary of Mr. Robert Samuel

 

“In my Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I

would have told you,

I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place

for you, I will come again and receive you to myself; that where I

am, there you may be also”.

Robert Lee Samuel affectionally known as “Bootmouth” was

born, September 25, 1958 to David Bibins, Sr and Lucille Barnes

in Pineville, Louisiana. He transition and departed the earth on

Monday, July 29, 2019.

He was baptized at an early age, and attended First St. Mark

Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Grady Blackwell Jr.

He was educated in the Rapides Parish School System.

He was preceded in death by his parents, David Bibins, Sr. and

Lucille Barnes Bibins; his maternal grandparents, Joe and

Mahalie Barnes; his paternal grandparents, Jim and Mary Bibins

Shields.

He leaves to cherish his memories his devoted and (4) loving

daughters, Kimberly Keys, and Donesha Hayes of Alex,

Louisiana; Kasey and Kaylee Hargrave, Houston, Texas. (3) sons

(Kaci)Charvez Keys of Atlanta, Georgia, Remington Keys and

Donterris Hayes of Alex, La. 23 grandchildren and 10 great-

grandchildren.

(4) sisters, Carol Drummond (Thomas) Cape Girardeau, Missouri,

Mary B. Williams (Thomas) and Carrie B. Fontenot (Robert) of

Pineville, La and Barbara Smith of Alex, La.

(4) brothers, Willie Charles Roy Samuel Jr (Ann) Baton Rouge,

La; David Bibins Jr of Palmdale, CA; Christopher Bibins

(Unshelia) of New Braunfels, Tx; and Charles Samuel (Gisele) of

Alex, La; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and

friends.
