Obituary of Mr. Norman Nash
Norman Nash Jr. was called home on May 3, 2019, at the Hilltop Nursing Home in Pineville, Louisiana.
Norman was born July 28, 1960, to Norman Nash Sr. and Beluah Jacob in Pineville, Louisiana. He was raised by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter L. Nash, since the age of two.
He accepted Christ at an early age, was baptized by the late Dr. W. L. Jackson at the Greater Magnolia Baptist Church and remained a member there until his death.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. Walter and Mrs. Daisy Nash; brother, Randall Nash; and several uncles and aunts.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his father and stepmother, Norman Nash Sr. (Mae Rose); mother, Beluah Jacob; brothers, Christopher Nash Sr. of Alexandria and Walter J. Nash of Los Angeles, California; sisters, Wanda D. Nash of Los Angeles, California, Kathy Nash Williams (Delawrence) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Melissa Johnson (Kendrick), Jacqueline Nash, and Myra Borrice all of Alexandria, Louisiana; uncles, Fred Nash (Bettye) and Arthur Washington Sr. of Alexandria; aunts, Rosa Lee Bell (great aunt), Mary Faye Rhodes (Raymond), Betty Ann Reed, Brenda J. Roy, and Oretha Joseph all of Alexandria; cousins/brothers, Shatter D. Roy, Arthur Roy Sr., and Travis Roy; cousin/sister, Breanna Roy; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
