Obituary of Mrs. Bessie Mae Davis

Bessie Mae Davis was born on August 28, 1957, to Maude Davis and the late Natachee Franklin. She was baptized at an early age at Mt. Olive Baptist Church.

Bessie is preceded in death by her father; brothers, Vernon Davis and Robert Milligan; sister, Alice Davis; and grandparents, Sandy and Rachel Davis.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her mother, Maude Davis; her lifelong companion, Charles Jackson; five sisters, Barbara Davis, Rosa Davis, Debra Franklin (Norbet), Catina Franklin, and Lessie Oliver, all of Alexandria, Louisiana; one brother, James Davis, Sr. (Laura) of Houston, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
